Can i use the same registration code on two computers?
Yes, each registration code allows you to use the software on up to two computers at any one time.
If you wish to use the software on more than two computers at a time please purchase further registration codes.
Can I print the tickets using one computer and call the numbers on a different computer ?
Yes, the tickets printed on one computer can be checked using a different computer but note that both computers MUST be running the same version of software.
Will the registration code I have for an earlier version of the software work with the current version ?
No, registration codes are version specific. So for example a V4 code is only suitable for version 4 software, a V5 code is only suitable for version 5 software etc. We only support registration codes for the newest Version 8
I need to reformat my computer. Can I make a backup of the bingo data that I have saved ?
Yes, copy any folders and their contents to your backup device.
When you re-install the software make sure you enter your registration details before copying the above files back to their correct location. Should you need access to download the software again or your licence key again, please contact us using the contact form. There will be a £10 charge for this service.
Do you guarantee that all the tickets printed by the bingo software will be different ?
Yes, all tickets are unique so no two tickets are alike.
If I use the software to print my own tickets can I mix large and extra large sized tickets with standard sized tickets ?
Yes, absolutely.
Can I get the software for Apple or Linux systems ?
No, bingo and raffle software is only available for Windows.
Do you supply any software on CD or other media?
No, the software is download only.
What resolutions can I run the bingo at ?
The recommended minimum is 1024*768 or higher. You can go as low as 1024×600 (Netbook users) but it’s not recommended to run in a window at low resolution.
Can your bingo software tell me when somebody has won and stop the game automatically ?
Lee’s Bingo Version 8 has this ability, earlier versions do not. We do not support earlier versions.
Can I get the software in any other languages ?
No, the software is only available in English.
Is there any updates available? Will there be any future updates?
Lees Bingo V8, Stateside Bingo 5.1.3 & Easy Raffle V2 are the latest updates.
There will be no future updates to the software or the fawn system.
Can I cancel my order?
After your online payment has been completed you will be sent a registration link via email. Emails are sent to your PayPal email address so please please please make sure PayPal have your current email (it’s amazing how many people have an invalid email address logged with PayPal).
You may cancel your order and ask for a full refund but this must be done before you download the software.
You should contact me via email to request a full refund.
If you use the download link you will no longer have the right to cancel your order.
Can i request a new licence / download link if I have lost mine
Yes, we can reissue your original license key and download links if your purchase was made after February 2025. This will allow you to use it on a new computer. Please submit your request using the contact form. Note that there is a £10 fee for this service. For purchases made before this date, you will need to purchase a new license.
Download link not working or not received
All links hold full logs. If your link shows no log against being used, we will of course rectify this for free. However, if our logs show the link has been used, there is a £10 charge to have the link reset. Please contact us.
Can I request an update or customisation or new features?
As we are no longer updating the software we also can not do any customisation or requests. There will be no further updates to Lees Bingo, Stateside Bingo or Easy Raffle.
However currently all versions have been tested to work up to windows 11.
The FAWN option relies on the availability of Edward Thomson books or you adding your own chosen books using the tool provided.
Please note Edward Thompson went into administration in 2022 and as such books compatible with the FAWN system may be limited.
